What makes you different than other boarding Facilities?
The Ohana Pet Resort, formally known as Furs and Feathers Resort, is built on a simple philosophy: we believe luxury should be standard. It’s our mission to provide high-quality accommodations and amenities to all of our resort guests at inclusive prices. We believe things such as luxury plush bedding, or extra petting sessions should be provided in a guests stay, not at an additional fee. We are founded by animal owners and lovers who will show the same unconditional love and attention to your pets as we would our own.
Is there 24hr staff supervision for my pet?
Always! We have staff at our facility 24/7, as well as video and audio surveillance throughout the buildings. Your pet’s safety is our #1 priority.

What is your flea policy?
Although we do require our Furry resort guests to be on a regular flea and tick preventative, to ensure our resort remain parasite free, each dog and cat guest will receive a complimentary dose of Capstar if needed. Capstar is a fast acting and safe oral medication that can safely be used in addition to your regular flea and tick preventative.
Do you administer medications?
We are happy to administer topical and oral medications during your pets stay at No Additional Charge if needed. Please bring medications in their original packaging and we will administer them as directed.
What if my pet becomes ill or requires medical attention during their stay?
Although we certainly hope this never happens, we are committed to the safety of your pets and have a set of procedures in place to ensure your pet gets the medical attention it needs while keeping all other guests protected. If your pet becomes ill, our first course of action is to contact you immediately. Then, we’d contact your regular veterinarian to take whatever steps you and your Vet recommend. If we believe the situation is urgent and it is after hours, our CPR certified and trained staff will transport your pet to the closest emergency Veterinarian.
