We are conveniently located in Downtown West Palm Beach less than a mile east of I-95 and Okeechobee Blvd and 2 miles from the Palm Beach International Airport.
Directions to our facility from I-95: Take exit 70 onto Okeechobee Blvd, FL 704 Toward Downtown and head east. Take a slight right turn on Australian Ave North, then in 2.5 Mi you will see our facility on your left: 2617 N Australian Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33407
What are the hours for pick-up and drop-off?
We are proud to offer the most convenient pick-up policy in Palm Beach! No Late Check-Out Fees!

What vaccinations does my pet need to stay at The Ohana Pet Resort?
- Rabies
- Distemper
- Parvovirus
- Bordetella
The Ohana Pet Resort recommends, but does not require the canine influenza vaccine. Please contact our office with any questions regarding vaccination requirements.
Cats– All feline guests must be current on the following vaccinations without exception:
- Rabies
- Feline Distemper

Do I need to bring my pets food if they are boarding?
Not able to bring your pets own food? No problem! We proudly offer Nutro Natural Choice dry food for dogs and cats for $5/day. We also offer a variety of extra goodies to enhance your pet’s meal, such as free range shredded chicken breast and 4 different flavors of all natural doggie ice cream. What belongings should I bring for my pet?
How do I enroll in doggie daycare?
Does my pet need to be on a leash/cage when arriving at The Ohana Pet Resort?
Dogs: All dogs must have a collar on and leash that extends no more than 6ft.
Cats: All cats must arrive in a ventilated cat carrier, for their safety and safety of other pet guests.
Need help unloading pets from the car? No problem! Our caring staff would be more than happy to meet you at your car to bring your pets into our facility.
